Do you take orders via email?
Absolutely! We do accept orders through email at kristen@bigbundts.com, phone, and of course, in person. The best way to place an order is through our on-line ordering system. However, please feel free to contact BIG Bundts & More at 919-448-4184 and we will happily assist you placing an order over the phone.
What forms of payment do you accept?
BIG Bundts & More accepts major credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Credit cards and Pay Pal are accepted for website orders (NOTE: to pay via Credit Card please follow Pay Pal option).
Do you deliver?
Yes! BIG Bundts & More delivers to all locations in the Chapel Hill area. The minimum order for delivery is $25 and the delivery fee is $5. Please allow a 30-minute time window for delivery. Please contact us for delivery fees outside the Chapel Hill area.

Yes, we can ship some items. Shipping charges will apply. Please ask for more details.
How should you store your Bundt cake?
BIG Bundts Cake Instructions, we recommend you:
1. Keep it refrigerated until a couple of hours before serving.
2. Two hours before serving, remove cake from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature.
3. If wrapped in cellophane, carefully remove.
4. Place the cake on your serving platter. Cut cake & enjoy!
If any cake remains:
1. Keep it refrigerated until a couple of hours before serving.
2. Two hours before serving, remove cake from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature.
3. Cake will keep unrefrigerated for up to 3 days (well covered).
4. Cake will keep in your refrigerator for up to 5 days. (well wrapped in plastic wrap)
5. Cake will keep in your freezer for up to 2 weeks (well wrapped in plastic wrap).
